On Tuesday, I was about to run some errands when I decided to take one more look at the garden. A female Monarch was on the Marsh Milkweed! Plan B, grab the camera.

She rested for a while in the shade of a Black-eyed Susan (Rudbeckia fulgida).

Then, she perched on a Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), before flying to the south.

I ran my errands and checked again before dinner. She was back nectaring!
